This is called a Pop-out Circle card. Created this for the weekly challenger over at Creative Kuts and pics posted on their fan page on Facebook...Creative Kuts Facebook Fan Page.
I made this card for my son's upcoming birthday ... that is the reason for it being 'plain' looking. But next card may be another birthday card.
